How To Judge The Quality Of Drip Irrigation Belt

Drip irrigation belt is an agricultural tool commonly used by farmers and plays an important role in agricultural production. However, in recent years, many small-scale manufacturers have appeared in the market, and some manufacturers have not met the relevant requirements in terms of technical level, and do not produce in accordance with national standards, resulting in the quality of the dropper equipment produced cannot meet the requirements. Therefore, users should master certain skills when purchasing this equipment, and should be able to quickly distinguish between good and bad products. Here are some identification tips for you:

1. Check that the drip irrigation has no certificate and specifications and model labels.

2. Choose a good product through "Three points of external inspection, seven items of index inspection":

Look at three points:

(1) Color, generally black, uniform;

(2) Looking at the surface, it is smooth and flat, without bubbles, hanging lines, rigid blocks, impurities, etc.;

(3) Look at the labyrinth runner, the molding is full and there is no deformation.

Seven test items:

(1) Dripper flow rate: In our area, the dripper flow rate should be 1.8-2.6L/h. If the dripper flow rate is large, it will cause a large amount of water consumption;

(2) Dripper spacing: generally 300-400mm is appropriate, and it is difficult to guarantee the uniformity of the general system with a spacing below 200mm;

(3) Flow index: labyrinth drip irrigation belt is generally 0.5-0.6, the smaller the better;

(4) Flow uniformity coefficient (CV): less than 5% is appropriate;

(5) Anti-clogging performance: The anti-clogging performance mainly depends on the flow channel structure, size and flow velocity in the flow channel of the irrigator. The zigzag flow channel structure is better than the Great Wall type labyrinth flow channel;

(6) Tensile properties: Tensile properties are often related to the ratio of new materials. The more new materials, the better the tensile properties. The general tensile properties of drip irrigation tapes that use recycled materials are generally unqualified;

(7) Anti-aging performance refers to the time to ensure the normal use of the drip irrigation belt, mainly to see whether a good amount of carbon black and antioxidants are added.

When actually purchasing, we can distinguish its quality from the appearance and indicators of the drip irrigation belt, and try to buy high-quality and cheap dripper equipment.
